Yes. In Medellín, “liver elastography” is often offered as an add-on feature on an ultrasound machine. FibroScan is a dedicated liver device widely used clinically to measure fibrosis (liver stiffness) and estimate liver fat (CAP) in a standardized way, which is very useful for follow-up over time.
What is FibroScan and what is it used for?

It can also estimate fatty liver (steatosis) through a measurement called CAP.
